Returns & refunds
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Faulty items are always returnable at our cost.
What can be returned
Unused items in their original packaging, within the return window shown on the product page.
Anything that arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from its description — at any point within 30 days, at our cost.
What cannot
Perishable groceries, opened cosmetics and personal care items, and made-to-order goods, unless they are faulty.
Digital goods and gift cards once the code has been revealed.
How to start a return
Contact us at hello@lesy.lk with your order number and a photograph if the item arrived damaged.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as a bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders, within 7 working days of the item reaching us.
